improve your productivity by
reinvigorating a spark within you that reflects your
true life intentions. You, first of all, I’ll ask you to
rest in a comfortable position and close your eyes. If you are a really busy person, you probably feel like you don’t have
enough time for everything you want to be doing in life. Perhaps you’re feeling a lot of stress
and you’re finding it difficult to focus on what really matters to you. Uh, don’t worry about this. We all have thoughts that raised through
our heads and sometimes we just need help clearing our minds so we
can focus on our deepest desires. Uh, by organizing your mind, you
automatically organize your life. And from this, everything
you want becomes possible. Start by relaxing your body. Wow. And begin to focus on your [inaudible]. [inaudible] listen to the sound of the air
you breathe going in and out. Wow. Feel your belly and lungs
expand while you inhale [inaudible]. And every time you exhale
your whole body relax, you have the power to clear your mind
by just focusing on breathing deeply and slowly. [inaudible] now I invite you to imagine
that every time you inhale, the air you breathe becomes the yellow
energy that flows into your head. [inaudible] watch that energy attach itself
to your negative thoughts and then visualize every time you exhale
those negative thoughts to meeting your body. Continue to breathe the yellow
energy in and out of your head. [inaudible] your breath is the most
powerful tool you have. It’s the energy of creation of life. [inaudible] keep breathing and filling your head
with this positive energy until all negative thoughts are gone
and only positivity remains [inaudible] you’re doing great. [inaudible] exhale one last time to get rid
of any negativity that remains, your mind is now full of
this bright yellow energy. Simply observe this bright yellow energy. Yeah, just change the energy of your
thoughts only by breathing [inaudible]. [inaudible] now that your mind is clear, you can tap into your truest
nature where answers will appear. Anything you can imagine can
become part of your life. Begin by placing both of
your hands on your chest. [inaudible] I feel your heart and mind
begin to work together. [inaudible] feel the deep sense of peace
you have in this state. [inaudible] and now let’s spend a moment thinking
about what you would enjoy doing in your life. [inaudible] that idea that makes

  1. When I feel unproductive, I like to take a step back and figure out why… Usually I'm trying to get too many things done or I'm doing something that is not aligned with what I enjoy. What advice would you give to someone who's feeling unproductive?
