An entrepreneur who wants to launch his
own startup while working with another employer it’s best that he checks his
internal employment guidelines some companies do have zero tolerance which
means they cannot an employee cannot take take directorship or invest in
another company or work on another project and they would claim all IP to
belong to themselves that employer so it’s very crucial to check the internal
employment guidelines before doing that largely the question would be owning the
intellectual property itself so care should be exercised by the entrepreneur
on how he would create that IP and get to own that IP when he starts off so
