I usually plan my hard workouts
for the evening so I can give my all, without having
the day ahead to think about. These intense training sessions
are the ones I really need to recover from. When I finish my run, I put my sweatpants on right away
to keep my muscles warm. The padded details
help my knees relax and the technical fabric helps me
recover in complete comfort. Then all I have to do is eat, sleep, and repeat.
